RedSky will give an overview of 9-1-1 and how it relates to customers call servers, network infrastructure and remote employees. RedSky/Everbridge is a third party leader in 9-1-1 and helping organizations protect their employees and be compliant with the State of Utah and FCC regulations. RedSky has the ability to track phone movement for desk phones and softphones and update the device's location for 9-1-1 purposes. REdSky can route the emergency call to the local or onsite 9-1-1 call center and also display onsite security alerts via email, SMS and text message. The session would focus on the new legislation and how customers can start to plan for when the new laws go into effect.
